How many times/sessions do I need?
It all depends on how much you want to lose. Intensive treatments of 3 applications per week, cutting 1-2 sizes on average depending on your body. You can also do the treatments 1 a week or 1 a month. Its how fast you want results. We recommend 6 to 12 treatment as consistent as possible for maximum results and long lasting results.

Sugarstone Spa strongly advises your sessions are booked in packages of four (4) or six (6) sessions to begin and to see maximum results!

How long do the results last?
The results can last 6 month to a year. We have had clients who finish their 12 treatment series and com back a year later in the exact state after their treatment. So its definitely possible. You will need to do some lifestyle maintenance if you would like to see even more lasting results.

How do I prepare:

This is a common question we get. You can drink water before your session and eat something light. No hot beverages or meals the day of your session. We also recommend only warm showers on session days and no saunas, hot tubs, hot baths, steam rooms, or any other forms of direct heat. Clients are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase and wear a faja for the duration of their package (typically 2-3 weeks) to absolutely maximize results. Fajas can be purchased in house at Sugarstone Spa.

Can I come in to do maintenance?
Yes! Of course! We have clients that do it once a week for their therapeutic properties. Its safe and organic!

Can I do PureSculpt & workout?
Yes! We recommend working out before your treatment and 24 hours after your treatment. Working out to son after your treatment will create heat faster and you counteracting the entire chilling process. Before is the best option.

What is Ice Therapy and how does it works?
