Please inquire about our interest free in house payment plan if needed.
A valid script/note from your physician or specialist stating that they have cleared you or recomended you for massage will exempt the NJ State Sales tax.
This is not applicable to cosmetic / plastic surgery clients, body contouring sessions, or sauna & detox treatments.

ALL scheduling (self-booked through the website / over the phone / in person) requires a mandatory 50% non-refundable reservation fee.
Add on services can be purchased at the spa, the day of your session
CANCELATIONS and RESCHEDULING
Individually purchased sessions:
Cancelations up to 48 hours before your session will automatically have their reservation fee applied to a future date. This is valid for 12 months from the original date of your session and can be applied to any service. PLEASE CALL if you need to cancel or reschedule before 48 hours in order to apply reservation fee at a future date. THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE!
Cancelations after 48 - 24 hours before session will be charged the balance of their deposit in full. A new deposit will be required when booking in the future.
Cancelations after 24 hours before session will be charged the balance of their deposit in full PLUS a $25 penality fee.
Treatment focused plans and all packages:
Your purchase includes rescheduled sessions at no additional fee. The amount of rescheduled sessions will be explained to you at time of scheduling, depending on your plan or packasge. We ask should you need to reschedule, that you provide us with 48 hour notice when applicable.
Once you have exceeded you alloted rescheduled sessions, each additional rescheduling will be at full price value of that service.
